Hi Claire, it is so painful isn't it. I'm still rebuilding also, I think it will take some time. What I realised is that there was much more to unpack than just my marriage, what precipitated me accepting such abuse has actually been harder to face. But I am lucky, many don't get out so I count my blessings. I wish you peace and happiness :) Amelie
